Dr. Pesavento is a board-qualified foot and ankle surgeon and podiatrist dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized care for a wide range of foot and ankle conditions.

A Pennsylvania native, she attended Cumberland Valley High School in Mechanicsburg, PA prior to completing her bachelor's degree at the Pennsylvania State University in University Park, PA. She earned both her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Barry University in Miami Shores, FL graduating salutatorian of her class.

Dr. Pesavento completed her three year surgical residency at the Orlando VA Medical Center in Orlando, FL where she had the privilege of caring for and serving the veteran population. Her training includes both surgical and non surgical management of foot and ankle arthritis, achilles tendon injuries, fractures, and heel pain with specialized training in ankle arthroscopy and minimally invasive bunion surgery. 

She provides comprehensive care and is passionate about patient education. Her focus is on restoring function and relieving pain by offering modern, evidence-based treatments tailored to each patient’s lifestyle and goals. 

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, running/biking/hiking the local trails, and watching Penn State football.
